In 2016, she accepted an internship with Special Olympics North Carolina. For the past five years, she served as their director of communications. Rachel McQuiston Marketing and Communications. Rachel  has been a part of the Special Olympics movement for over 20 years her first experience was volunteering as a child with her family at Special Olympics events.  Madeline and Rachel have been fortunate enough to share the inspiring stories of the Special Olympics athletes!
