Ray got his Masters of Social Sciences & Education at the University of Georgia and was on the DAWGS Football staff, working with the Quarterbacks on the field during college. Ray realized he wanted to be a Country artist & songwriter after seeing Eric Church at the GEORGIA THEATRE in 2006. Ray has written four #1 singles co-written with Luke Combs so far!
