Mothers finest defies boundaries and creates its own genre - but we will try to describe them in two words: funk! - rock! They did it first and nobody does it better...   Glenn "Doc" Murdock and Joyce "Baby Jean” Kennedy founded Mothers Finest in 1970 and are still touring the world here in 2022. By our math, that’s around 50 years of funky rock metal & soul music. Mothers Finest are long time Atlanta rockers who have made history; they’re in the Smithsonian Black History Museum *and* the Georgia Music Hall of Fame!
