Ending a conversation with a simple hug or "I love you" can go a long way. We never know what that person is going through. What else can we do to spread love in each interaction?   Meet Braxton, a future law student, hustler, leader, achiever, good hearted person, and the youngest child of 8 siblings. We discuss how his generation is talking about suicide, how to impact others, among these other things: - His wins and lessons of 2018 - His first experience with depressing feelings and how he battled it - The power of letting people into your life and confiding in those relationships - How to function as a young adult these days - Hate and love of Apple’s weekly usage report of how much we use our phones - The battle of our high expectations - how much should we demand from ourselves? - How he confronts morning anxiety and tackling the day   CHALLENGE: This week’s challenge is inspired by Quest Nutrition: claim one MASSIVE goal! We’re all #onaquest so let’s make it official. This goal needs to be specific and targeted. Make it measurable and timed. Do NOT play small. Go big!
