Braylon Otis Commits to Syracuse

Braylon Otis, a dynamic three-star EDGE and top NY recruit, just flipped his commitment from Boston College to Syracuse after a killer weekend visit — and the Orange just got a major defensive upgrade. Otis, who can stop the run, pressure the QB, and even cover zones, was sold by Syracuse’s player-first culture, campus vibe, and the chance to follow in NFL-bound footsteps under Coach Fran Brown. He loved the coaching staff, the photo shoot, and the idea of staying close to home. With this pick, Syracuse’s class hits 16 and climbs nationally — and Otis brings elite versatility and high school dominance to the table.
