One is favored by A&M, a different option is favored by the city of College Station, and another option is favored by the city of Bryan.When asked if there can be a compromise, Rudge said the compromise is building a tunnel under University to separate pedestrians from vehicles. And the cost of doing that is more expensive than the $671 million dollar expansion of Rudder Freeway that started this month.
