from Life in Motion · host Illumine Collect

In this episode we chat with Pippa Scott, the remarkable force behind Ride for Mental Health. Growing up in the North East, it was no wonder she discovered her passion for snowboarding at only 3 years old. By elementary school she was competing in National's and traveling the country. Now as a sophomore in High School, Pippa's competitions have only gotten bigger and has taken her all over the world. But now it's bigger than snowboarding. After losing friends due to mental health struggles, she's now using her love for snow sports to make a difference. Insert Ride for Mental Health—a transformative initiative aimed at breaking the stigma surrounding mental health and providing vital support to young individuals who are struggling. If you've ever wondered what we all can do to change the conversation about something so important, all while helping others, then this one's for you!
