But chains don't break through silence—chains break through exposure. Every time we excuse, justify, or hide a pattern that's hurting us, we stay in the prison Jesus already opened the door for. Freedom is not about being strong; freedom is about being truthful. Naming the chain removes its secrecy and removes its power. This is why Jesus always brought issues to the light—because what you bring to Him, He breaks. What you hide, you keep. Some of you listening already know the exact chain that needs to be named. It's not a mystery; it's just uncomfortable. But God delivers honest people, not pretending people. The moment you stop disguising the weight you're carrying, God begins to lift it.
