Breakdown or Breakaway

I'm Back! I'm so sorry I made you wait so long for an episode but I had to take some time for myself. This solo episode is all about how I decided to breakaway from my everyday life instead of facing a breakdown. I left the country for 2 weeks, no kids, no husband, no work and got a chance to reconnect with self, re-energize my goals and re-evaluate my perspective only life.   If you are feeling stuck, or in a bit of a rut, this is episode is for you.
