Mark discusses coaching for travel baseball teams and the drama that ensues with the kids and the parents. He started Tik Tok a few years ago at the suggestion of his then 14-year old daughter.  At first he vented about the team and posted satire about it for 6 months.  Growing up in Kentucky, he was into weight lifting and fitness, and had a good physique, but he wasn't good at baseball.  He was however a good coach because he can relate  and adapt to different types of kids and coach accordingly. Today he has 3 businesses. He is an entrepreneur making sponsorship deals, a clothing line, and designs sunglasses. Because of his gregarious personality and humor, and the fact that he can pal around with the CEOs down to the janitor, people trust him. He worked for E-commerce company in Louisville, KY. They asked him to speak  at an event in Florida. He ended up hanging out with all kinds of people including MLB players. A friend at ECommerce told him he can do these things on his own. He didn't need a corporation.This trust led him to the Dingers Agency where he recruits kids.. He helps the parents do things on their own such as create a website. This leads to him helping them down the road if the kids decide he wants to continue pursuing baseball as a career. He's not only good with the kids but with the parents as well. He encourages the parents to do what is best for their child, even if that child no longer wants to play baseball.Mark realizes that in order to stay relevant 24/7, he needs to utilize social media. He finds that he has a following with kids who play travel baseball and their parents.
