Breaking Bread #6 - Enacts Promise

Two grieving disciples walk away from Jerusalem, unable to recognise the risen Jesus beside them. He opens the Scriptures so they can understand why the Messiah had to suffer before entering glory. At the table, Jesus gives thanks and breaks bread, and their eyes open to the living, flesh and blood Lord. His resurrection gives authority to His teaching and restores their shattered hope.
