Breaking Bread Featuring: Gabby Plascencia

Gabby stops by the studio to talk about being the first Hispanic woman in office for Riverside, how it has not been easy, why it has taken so long and how it is not something to be proud of. She shares on what the city is doing about the homeless population and how to help students and teachers feel safe going back to school with the rise of gun violence. She also talks about her work in school counseling, what that is, how to help those with mental illness, and when schools need to refer out for help.
