Breaking Bread with Jesus: Open Houses at Open House

A meal can show who belongs and who remains outside. Jesus eats with Levi and other rejected tax collectors, treating the table as a place where grace reaches sinners. He comes like a doctor for the sick, calling sinners rather than those who believe they are righteous. His cross replaces the exhausting ladder of earning acceptance with humble allegiance to Him.
