Breaking Down Barriers to Intimacy

Arguably the most basic and intrinsic human drive is that of connection (intimacy). Regardless of how much we want to be close to someone, if we have things inwardly that disconnect us from intimacy we will not be able to fully let go and connect. In this episode I discuss some of those barriers, how barriers to intimacy get created, and how to break them down to allow for healthy intimate relationships.
