Breaking Down Canada's Big Win Over Czechia
from Real Kyper & Bourne Hosted by Sportsnet
Nick Kypreos, Justin Bourne and Sam McKee open with their thoughts on Team Canada's 5-0 win over Czechia to kick off their tournament in Milan. They discuss a reassuring start from Jordan Binnington, Connor McDavid setting the tone with a big early hit, and Macklin Celebrini getting on the scoreboard in his Olympic debut. Then, Luke Fox joins the show (20:03) from Milan to discuss the vibe around the tournament, the pace of play, what role the size and quality of the ice plays, and why a Canada vs USA final feels destined. Later, Nick, Justin and Sam react live to Team USA's second-period onslaught against Latvia, and discuss whether Canada and the USA are pulling away from the second tier of top-ranked nations.
