BREAKING FREE FROM WORRY!

Scripture: "Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you." — 1 Peter 5:7 (NKJV) Message: Worry can weigh us down, stealing our peace and joy. But God never intended for us to carry our burdens alone. In 1 Peter 5:7, we are reminded to cast all our cares upon Him because He deeply cares for us. To “cast” means to completely hand over—to release the weight of our worries into God’s hands. When we do this, we acknowledge that He is in control, and we don’t have to bear the stress of life on our own. Worry cannot change our situation, but trusting God can. Whatever is troubling you today, give it to God. Let go of anxiety and hold onto His peace. He loves you, and He will take care of every need. Today, ask yourself: Am I holding onto worries that I need to release to God? How can I replace anxiety with trust in Him? Prayer: Almighty Father, I surrender my worries to You. Thank You for caring for me and for being in control of my life. Help me to trust You completely and walk in Your peace. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
