BREAKING NEWS EXCLUSIVE: Fresno County Supervisor Garry Bredefeld responds after a Fresno County judge ruled that Measure S, the proposed half-cent transportation sales tax, will appear on the November ballot. The decision upholds Assembly Bill 1923, ending a legal battle over whether voters would decide the measure this year or wait until 2028. Bredefeld says the county will not appeal and he'll fight it at the ballot box.
