After listening to it, we must ask – has Vladimir Putin lost the plot? Following the EAEU summit in Minsk, Vladimir Putin answered questions from Russian journalists on June 27, 2025. This was perhaps the least consequential set of ramblings he’s made to date, yet the speech is of great consequence. Because it seems that his brain is now totally dominated by a mixture of resentment, lies and delusions.
