Kenneth Rates is the Administrative Manager of Urology, Bariatric Surgery and Pre-Operative services at the University of Michigan Health and the Host of So You Want to Be a Healthcare Executive podcast. His mission is to share the stories of highly successful executives in the hopes of encouraging others to achieve more in their career. Kenneth serves as the current President-Elect for the Michigan Medical Group Management Association.
