She is the Founder and CEO of Survivor-Led Solutions, a nonprofit dedicated to giving dignity and credibility back to survivors to change the narrative of Human Trafficking and exploitation. She is a member of the National Society of Leadership and Success. She empowers fellow survivors through leadership development, mental health support, and professional training.
