Renée draws upon her expertise in neuroscience, timeline therapy, and emotional integration to guide you in gently dissolving unconscious patterns that shape your relationships and choices. Join us as we delve into the powerful topics of subconscious patterns, the missing link in healing, and the reflections our relationships provide about our inner world. So, get ready to embark on a journey toward freedom and transformation, where healing becomes evolution and your true self awaits! Valeria interviews Renée Guay — She is the author of  "Why We Attract Narcissists: Three Steps to Freedom."  Renée Guay is the founder of True North Coaching and a trauma-informed guide in emotional integration, subconscious patterning, and inner authority. Drawing from neuroscience, timeline therapy, neurolinguistic programming, nervous-system work, and lived experience, Renée guides others to recognize and gently dissolve the unconscious patterns shaping their relationships, choices, and sense of self.  After healing from PTSD herself, Renée discovered that insight alone doesn't create lasting change, safety and integration does. Her work focuses on helping the body complete what it never had the chance to finish, allowing clarity, choice, and self-trust to return naturally.  Known for her grounded compassion, and clarity, Renée brings conversations back to what truly creates freedom: integration, not fixing. Listeners leave feeling regulated, empowered, and equipped with simple tools they can use immediately.  At the heart of her work is one guiding truth: when the nervous system feels safe, life reorganizes and freedom becomes possible. All conversations are grounded in nervous- system safety, emotional integration, and restoring choice.  To learn more about Renée Guay and her work, please visit: https://www.truenorthcoaching.org/
