Breaking The Ceiling

from A New Human Experience · host Winnie Oftuc

Have you ever come across a threshold, a ceiling, where you don't even believe it's possible to try to break through it?  The gap between where I want to be and where I am actually at is so monumental in my mind that it does not even compute that there is a way for me to begin to find a way to make it happen.  These seemingly insurmountable scenarios show up some times to teach you how to be humble.  Some times though they may be boundaries or obstacles set up in your mind because of unhealed trauma that you are not aware of and perhaps not ready to look at.  All fears and ceilings that we have created for ourselves to experience are not real.  We have created these boundaries because we don't want to look at the pattern of dissonance that was created way back when we were young and we had no idea how to handle them.  With maturity and genuine love for our own journey, we can start to look at what is supporting those make-believe boundaries and start to take them down.
