BREAKING THE LIMITATIONS OF YOUR LABELS : The Like Attracts Like Podcast EP 183

I believe that one of the most powerful practices I ever allowed in my life.. was calling BS on the limiting verbiage I was using to describe myself. I was becoming conscious and awake to the fact that I was living to the labels that I either allowed others to define me as ., or that I had defined for myself as being true based on my past...   Realizing that what I felt my journey was leading to.. was a more present moment. I had to allow myself to change the words I was using.. and start using language that better described who I wanted to be... NOT the confines of who I was before my conscious Shift...  Taking in deep breathes and A Moment aligned with all of the potential going forward, and allowing the human that I said I wanted to be to unfold.. Observing the labels we use to describe us, and the emotions we have attached to them, will allow us the power and freedom from them so that we may rewrite the script of the version of us we want to be come...
