Initial reports indicated that a Colorado federal judge’s class-wide preliminary injunction would force the NCAA to create a special transfer window from August 3–10. However, the actual order does not contain that directive. The proposed portal window was requested by the plaintiffs, but it was not expressly included in Judge Charlotte Sweeney’s entered order.
