Breakout Session 1: Worship Operations

Worship operations at New Life Church involves pastoring and stewarding the worship staff and volunteers in a way that serves the vision of the church and its people. We?ll discuss some of the key components that help make this possible in our context, including communications, scheduling, Sunday morning worship team configuration and explanation of some of the tools we use.
