It doesn’t take long to realise reading the bible at its heart is a breakthrough message. God has called people to become followers and not be limited or drained by unnecessary matters of the world. Jacob stole the blessing and waited for over twenty years, discovering what the blessing was not. He carried a spiritual blessing while the practical blessing awaited an appointed time. God has called you to break through an area of your life that is inconsistent with his nature and purpose for your life. Jacob discovered he was finally ready when push came to shove or, in this case, wrestle; he was ready. And God blessed him. How about you? Are you ready to be blessed?
