Breakthrough limitations with Jonah - Louis Fife

In this first section before the message, I include a prophetic word I believe God laid on my heart to share with UBC for 2025.  Throughout the Bible, we see page after page of God intervening and speaking with his people. This is because God knows we need His presence and intention to live our lives. God is the God of breakthrough! The God who reveals himself as Baal-perazim is the Lord of breakthroughs! Now, with Jonah, we discover he had areas of his life that became limitations, barriers, and possibly blockages to see God's mission fulfilled in his life. God proved the means for Jonah to overcome each of his internal limitations. Jonah’s story is one of half-hearted obedience, which is not true obedience at all. Jonah had a prejudice that then impacted his life. We, too, must ask what my limitations are. What is in my life that will hinder God's mission in me? Remember, we can’t Hide from God. Surrender your heart afresh to Jesus.
