In this meditation, I guide you into anchoring your awareness in the breath.The breath is one of the most important tools we have in meditation. It is always with us, always available, and always rooted in the present moment. In becoming aware of the breath, we return to what is happening now.We begin by settling gently into stillness, allowing the body to soften and the breath to move naturally. You are invited to notice how you are breathing, where the breath moves in the body, and how it changes when you give it your attention.Each breath is unique, like a fingerprint, reflecting this moment as it is.
