What does breath work do? It expands your lungs and gives fresh air to your brain, giving it a positive effect. Do that over and over again and maybe you get a little dizzy, but at least you aren't dwelling on whatever negative thoughts you were before the breathing! I try to practice breath work daily to expand and heal my lungs from all the bullshit I put in them. It also is part of my meditation when I want to clear my head. Sometimes, when I'm really frustrated, on the exhale I'll let out a long FUUUUUUUUUUUUCCCCCCKKKKKKK. It helps me and I think it could work for you too! Always remember.....JUST BREATH!
