Breathe intoYour Body, Breathe into Your Whispers,

from What’s that Whisper- Awakening your inner Voice With Heather Dimick · host Whatsthatwhisper

Welcome back, Whisper Seekers. I am so excited about today’s conversation because we are diving into something that has become such a powerful tool for coming back to ourselves — breathwork. Today I’m sitting down with my dear friend, Rebecca Schlosser. I’ve been watching her journey unfold online, we’ve connected through social media, and every time we talk, I walk away feeling lighter, clearer, and more grounded. And I knew I had to bring her here to share her wisdom with you. Rebecca’s path is one I think so many of us will resonate with. A few years ago, after years in a traditional nine-to-five career, she began listening to the whispers that were asking her to slow down… to grieve… to explore… to step into something new. What started as podcasting and curiosity eventually led her back to something that had been in her life since childhood — breathwork.   In this episode, we talk about: What it really feels like to leave a “stable” job and trust yourself How grief and burnout can quietly live in the body Why breath is both a thermometer and a thermostat for your nervous system How just a few minutes of intentional breathing can completely shift your day And how manifestation isn’t just mindset — it’s a felt experience in the body   Rebecca shares how breathwork helped her release stored grief, regulate her nervous system, and build a life that feels aligned instead of forced. And we even pause during this episode to guide you through a short breathing practice — so you can feel it for yourself. If you’ve ever felt stuck… If you’ve ever wondered what your next whisper is… If you’ve ever felt like you needed permission to slow down…   This conversation is for you.   So take a deep breath with us.   And let’s dive in   Rebecca Schlosser   Is a certified trauma-informed breathwork facilitator, trained yoga teacher, and — at her core — a free-spirited mid-lifer who walked away from the traditional 9–5 to figure out what it really means to live with purpose. On her own path of personal development, she's learned how powerful it is to embrace all the parts of ourselves — especially the ones we were taught to hide. Through breathwork and somatic practices, I guide myself and my clients back into the truest, most wild and unfiltered versions of ourselves. The whispers are always there - and the more safe and regulated I feel in my body, the more I'm able to listen and take action. 11 years ago that meant following the calling for a long-term backpacking trip across the Americas. 9 years ago it meant settling in New Mexico, to spend my father's last good years with him. In 2026, she's meant listen to the voice that said you don't need more certificates, you need the support and guidance of an amazing life coach. Through my breathwork and daily nervous system regulation practices, I've not only revived a sense of self love and empowerment, but I've seen a beautiful uptick in the honesty, peace and emotional intimacy with my life partner. Every relationship in our life is a mirror of how connected we are inside, how much we're willing to hold and embrace all parts of us.     Rebecca's: [email protected]   Rebecca Schlosser’s Instagram @rebeccahappybreaths   Rebecca Schlosser’s SoulUp Mondays https://purple-firefly-12441.myflodesk.com/soulmondayoptin Rebecca’s Facebook Community  https://www.facebook.com/share/g/18NGCJqRgT/     What's that Whisper Instagram https://www.instagram.com/whatsthatwhisper/     What's that Whisper Shop https://www.whatsthatwhisper.com/?utm_source=ig&utm_medium=social&utm_content=link_in_bio&fbclid=PAZXh0bgNhZW0CMTEAc3J0YwZhcHBfaWQMMjU2MjgxMDQwNTU4AAGnGXvrzsC77IPnuBYYvTAVHbw40qzZGwrDGviBxVzxfk10ldIJkO6kqqQ7_uU_aem_iwSOP6PUQS_2MYnDf6CVJw     Journal Prompts AKA Whisper Prompts https://docs.google.com/forms/d/1HPxqFzlbRymcFB8NZr3TefgJNuaOZkaJNMCvRqBFf-Y/edit
