Breathwork

from Therapist Shadeefee · host Shadeefee

Are you ready to Release emotionally + all the baggage that, quite frankly, 90-95% of it is not even yours. Website: www.inlightment.energy ****IN CASE YOU WANT TO LEARN MORE ABOUT BREATHWORK***** Breathwork is an amazing modality to calm your nervous system, find coherence between your brain and your heart, activate your energy centers, immune system, gut, circulatory system, and so on. Because it is such an intricate and requires so much physical & spiritual work during the ceremony, it is strongly recommended to take a course before you book a Breathwork Ceremony or an Enlightenment. Taking the course ensures that during the ceremony you will allow your body to do the healing instead of focusing if you are doing the technique right or not. The course also sets in the knowledge for you to take advantage of its healing properties from anywhere and at any time, without depending on me or another facilitator.

We all want to live an authentic and fulfilling life...sometimes we just need a little help. Two of our most basic needs are to be connected and to feel loved. Without these, we feel a lack of purpose and isolated. When we feel alone, disconnected and insecure, we’re filled with negative thoughts and feelings of guilt and shame. Left unattended and unvalidated, these feelings take root, growing into resentments and increasingly unhealthy behaviors. If we lack positive feelings about ourselves it's difficult to trust, communicate and feel safe in the world.I offer you a space to be listened to without judgment. A place of safety. And, when you are ready, a new perspective backed by a toolbox full of good techniques to uniquely help you reconnect with your inner world and improve your relationships. We tune in
