I am going to teach them the 4-7-8 breath. 4 second inhale through the nose, hold for 7 seconds and then exhale through the mouth for 8 seconds. This resets the autonomic nervous system, slows heart rate and blood pressure, and calms the body. It can be done anywhere, anytime and in any position.
