Breathwork + Grounded Meditation

from Moksha · host Rosie Brunin

Get comfy and let’s dive in to create space for Self healing in your inner landscapes! Reconnect to your authentic Self through this breathwork and grounded meditation practice. You’ll practice (box breathing if your pregnant) bhakistra pranayama + kumbhaka if you are not pregnant. You’ll start to tune inwards with alternate nostril breathing followed by a grounding guided sound meditation. If you choose to lie down, please grab an eye pillow, t-shirt, or something to place over your eyes to help your senses turn even more inward, place pillows or a bolster underneath your knees, and a pillow or neck roll under your head/neck. Comfort is key here! If you’re sitting, please be upright — stacking each chakra on top of the other and creating a clear pathway for your nadis to open so energy can travel upwards. You can use a wall for a prop or a blanket, pillow, or meditation cushion. Do what feels best for you, and be mindful that it can change! Honor where you are at today, and thank you for creating space for your own Self-healing! I am so grateful to guide you on this inward journey.
