Breipaal Residents Fight Evictions

Residents in Breipaal, Douglas in the Northern Cape are living in fear and are under victimization following forced removals in the area. Some have been staying in Breipaal for over 20 years and say they are being kicked out like dogs from their places by those in power who are involved in dodgy dealings.We spoke to one of the Residents there and got reaction from Mr Martin Fillis, the Municipal Manager of Siyancuma Local Municipality in the Northen Cape.
