Brenae Royal is the youngest and first Black woman to manage the historic Monte Rosso Vineyard—one of California’s most prestigious and storied vineyards—she's been a quiet but powerful force reshaping the wine industry. Her tenure at E. & J. Gallo, followed by a role at St. Supéry Estate Vineyards and Winery, and a number of impactful collaborations—including one with Brown Estate—cemented her place as a trailblazer.
