Brenda, Allie, and The NESS Fest

Come one, come all to The NESS Fest! The NESS Fest is a two day health and lifestyle festival happening October 19-20 in Greenville, South Carolina. The event is held at Fluor Field baseball stadium.   The festival consists of four pillars: wellNESS, goodNESS, fitNESS and wholeNESS. The NESS Fest is the ideal environment to seek out, educate, and explore all that is available in our community that falls into one or more of those pillars. The goal is to provide the ultimate platform where attendees have access to things they may not have known existed before, thus launching them on their personal wellness journey to becoming the best version of themselves.   Ben, founder and host of everything Goalink, will be speaking on Sunday, October 20 at 11:30am. Ben will also be hosting live podcast interviews throughout the event with sponsors and participants.   CHALLENGE: This week's challenge is inspired by The NESS Fest: we are going on a service scavenger hunt! Your mission for kindness is to complete one of these good deeds. Donate clothing, pick up litter, buy a meal for a stranger, give water to someone working outside, or return a grocery cart.   Doing ONE of these good deeds could win you two free tickets to The NESS Fest.
