Brenda Bisceglia

Brenda Bisceglia is the City of Vaughan’s Mobility Management/ MoveSmart Manager with the Transportation and Fleet Management Services department. This June will mark Brenda’s 13th year with the city. She has held a number of positions in Public Works, from Contract Administration in Development Engineering, to Supervisor of the School Crossing Guard Program, and now working as Manager of Mobility Management.Throughout all her roles, she’s gained a solid understanding of the various operations and service delivery models, always looking to improve efficiencies in operations. Her roles heavily rely on citizen interactions and the citizen experience responding to questions and concerns, ensuring residents are heard and creating positive moments.Service Excellence is the driving force behind the City’s Term of Council Strategic Plan and Priorities, and it’s the part of Brenda’s job she enjoys the most.Give the show a listen and remember to thank your local Public Works Professionals.
