In his eighth year as a comedian, McGurk has won two Utica Comedy Cup titles and placed second in the 2019 contest. He's working on a special he's producing later in the summer, too. He also told me about his tattoos and straight-edge mentality and what it's like to be drug- and alcohol-free in the comedy world.
