Brennan Reflects on BYU Loss | Salt Lake City News

Arizona’s Brent Brennan sparked online buzz after downplaying BYU’s electric crowd, only to later admit his team was getting roasted for the comment — but he still called the stadium “great.” Despite leading at halftime, Arizona collapsed in the second half, surrendering two touchdowns to BYU and losing 28-14. Brennan blamed execution lapses, especially on fourth-down plays, but praised his team’s toughness and physicality. Now 1-1, Arizona heads home to face Northern Illinois, needing to fix their finish if they want to turn things around.
