By nature Humans are constantly creating: very little is planned/consciouscreations (how many kids were planned vs unplanned). Mostly we createsubconsciously, which is where all our accumulated stress is stored. Resulting in our race being a stress manifesting machine. As we watch ourscreens of the worst reality, we start creating anxiety in our lives and healthproblems in our body. We need to cleanse the subconscious stress by merging our most traumaticmemories, right where our minds were trapped in the temporary, with this partof us that is one with eternity.
