THE BIG Q Joel takes on the roll of a "Friend Of The Show" this week, asking Brett how long he thinks a runner is allowed to feel disappointed after a poor performance. Brett gives an insightful answer which also addresses how long a runner should feel elated for, after a fantastic performance.
