Brewers' Century-Old Legacy in Milwaukee
from Milwaukee Brewers News Today | 2 Min News | The Daily News Now!
The Milwaukee Brewers, celebrating their 125th anniversary, have a rich history that predates their major league team by decades. Their first pro team joined the American League in 1901, finishing last but grabbing league titles in 1913, 1914, and 1936. After financial struggles, they moved to St. Louis and became the Browns. Baseball returned to Milwaukee with a new Brewers team in the American Association from 1902 to 1952, winning championships in 1947 and 1951. The Brewers name has remained Milwaukees baseball heartbeat, still going strong today. Support the show:Get a discount at https://solipillow.com/discount/dnn.
