Brewers Chat With Italy's Birra Dimont and Ireland's Fat Walrus

Join us for a chat with two fascinating brewers. Fat Walrus was founded by a Lithuanian in New Zealand before moving back to Dublin. They are an award-winning small-batch brewery with big ambitions. Birra Dimont is based at the foot of Italy's Friulian mountains. Their unfiltered and unpasteurised beers are inspired by the legendary local sprites. This was a very enjoyable and informative chat where we covered a range of topics from how the brewers got started, through branding, beer styles and brewing as art or science. We even had a comparison tasting of a beer fermented from the same wort with two different yeasts.
