Brewers Roundtable with St. Mels, OSO, and Valduc

This week we welcomed brewers from Ireland, Spain, and Belgium for a chat about the beer scene in their countries, their experiences and more. St. Mels was founded in Ireland in 2014 and rapidly gained a reputation for quality beers in both the core and specials range. OSO from Madrid are a gypsy brewery founded in 2018 by experienced brewers. They also run a small bar with a mix of their own and guest beers. Valduc is a Belgian cooperative brewery founded in 2017 to combine the tradition of Belgian beers with a modern outlook.
