Brewery Profile: Stronghold Brewing of Fort Macleod, Alberta

Located right in the heart of Alberta, Stronghold Brewing have built a taproom and brewery that straddles a rural/urban divide.  The distinct nature of their two local markets make for an interesting mix of beers and approach to brewing.    Co-owner Ayleigh Henderson told me their about their history and how Covid has made her aware of the fragility of 5-year plans.
