Almost all of us just want to find the perfect coffee, which can seem like chasing the end of a rainbow.Well, business isn’t all that easy for chefs and cafe owners either. They’re not clairvoyants who’ve authored a menu with your exact taste in mind. They’re taking risks every day just to keep the doors open. And, despite popular opinion, the customer is not always right.So how do we know the dining experience we’re paying for is worth our money?
