On the day that the UK triggered Article 50, notifying its European partners of its intention to withdraw from the EU, the Welsh Labour Party convened a number of senior Labour figures from across the UK to discuss the future of the UK constitution. After the event, Lord Prescott spoke to Professor Roger Scully of the Wales Governance Centre at Cardiff University about the Labour Party's vision for a federal future for the UK and how that interlocks with the UK's withdrawal from the EU.
