Brian Barazza on the beginning of Tinman Elite, mindset, and more!

Today on the podcast I’m joined by the one and only Brian Barazza! Brian is a part of the professional running group Tinman Elite and primarily runs the 3k steeple chase. Last year at The USA outdoor championships he made it to the final and finished 9th. His fastest time last year in the steeplechase was 8:19 and with the the world standard being 8:15 this year he said that he’s hoping to get that and hopefully knock off a few more seconds to get on the U.S. top 10 list!
