Brian Baxter- Chef- The Catbird Seat

Chef Brian joins the show for the first time in two years. In this episode, we get caught up, and do in depth about a dinner I had at his restaurant the night before. It was a pretty cool thing to be able to interview the Chef at the AMAZING restaurant you ate at the previous night. He answered all of the questions that I had while dining the night before.
