Brian Chua has more than 10 years of experience as a property developer and designer, and in 2014, co-founded Tailor Projects - a multi-award winning company and in 2017, founded Kin Projects - a sustainability design focus company. While at Tailor Projects, Brian and his co-founder pioneered the concept of architecture design townhouses for homeowners in the middle ring of Melbourne metropolitan area, thus opening up affordable contemporary design homes for first home owners in their suburb of choice. In 2017, he successfully grew Tailor Projects into a Top 20 property development company in Victoria with 10 active development projects consisting of 80 townhouses in the pipeline with a total value of $75 million.
 
Brian founded Kin Projects in 2017 to collaborate with other architects, designers, engineers and builders to implement a compelling sustainable dwelling which is all electric, energy efficient and contemporary in design. Each house has been designed to achieve a minimum thermal rating of 7.5 stars.
